What follows is the last known copy of the Dr. Matthias Sessions:
"...following the explosion and the subsequent loss of power throughout the facility, all subjects have managed to escape. We still haven't determined how the accident happened, weather it was some freak anomaly or the work one of the subjects, it won't really matter once my superiors find out about this.
We thought we were being so careful. All the safeguards, the neural dampeners, the drugs, it was all supposed to work. How did this happen?
They're gone now and we have no way of tracking them. They're scared, confused, and probably angry and there isn't any telling what they're capable of. We need to find them before it's too late. None of them realize that they're abilities are slowly burning their metabolism...killing them. They don't have long to live now...maybe only a few more months.
Judging from the sounds of those tires I think my "benefactors" have finally found me so I must be brief. My name is Dr. Emil Matthias and I have been responsible for this Project.
We were supposed to study children with paranormal abilities. Blood sample taken from routine physicals told us everything we needed to know. Our agents stole the children, replaced them with clones we grew ourselves, scheduled to wear out after a few years making it look like the children simply died. Out of the 317 selected participants, only six have survived to their late twenties. They were all very advanced in their progress...so advanced that...they seem to have found a way to escape.
The Six Subjects are out there somewhere...my only hope is that with the information recorded in this and my previous sessions, that they will be brought back. "
The rest fades to static.
((So this is all kinda coming off the top of my head but screw it... The idea is that a government agency seeking to develop potential psychics for defense purposes selected children from all over the world and brought them to a top -secret location. The procedures, surgeries and the very nature of their powers caused all but Six subjects to die. These Six have now escaped into the world and are attempting to take back their lives, while trying to avoid recapture at the hands of the Project.))
I kinda like where this one could go, so if people are interested then please drop a line and a profile. The Six will all posses a different psychic ability (ESP, clairvoyance, psychokinesis, ect.) but in addition, their powers come with a price. Using their powers is difficult, painful and potentially fatal if used to much.
Name: Grey Matthews
Age: 20
Ability: Psychometry. By touching an object Grey is able to "read" the psychic imprint, learning the past history of the object or its owner.
Description or Picture:here
Brief Bio: Like most in the Project, Grey was selected when he was around 6 years old. Considered by most of his superiors to posses a low level psychic ability with little combat application, Grey rarely was noticed by his instructors. Using this to fly below the radar Grey made a habit of trying to be a big brother figure to some of the other subjects. After the escape he was tried his best to keep the Six together in this strange and foreign world.
