Site stealing stories

I'm not sure if anyone here would find their stories at this site, but it might be worth checking out. e-bookdownload.net has a lot of books -- in many genres -- that it looks like it swiped from other sites. There is a form to report copyright issues but both times I tried it, the form failed to send.

and e-bookdownload.net goes to bestbooklibrary.com which says it is nothing but a search engine. Well the site seems to not work from their search page. And it seems you have to register at bestbooklibrary.com. It looks as though the page for registering is broken(as in not there).

So, it looks like neither of these sites are complete.
