You mean more incest stories are posted than others? If that's the case, it might be the writers realising that incest has a large readership and is the way to get more reads and votes. Of course, Lit will only post what is submitted.

I also first joined about then, but I thought that there were more EC, LW and GS than Incest then. Perhaps, as I said, it is my perception (memory?).

I'm just going to echo that Incest has always been big on Literotica, but not as big as Erotic Couplings. For reference, when I did a real count about a year ago, Erotic Couplings, Incest, and Loving Wives made up around 1/3 of the stories posted on Literotica on any given week. BDSM, Group Sex, Romance, and Non-Consent are all pretty big, but only about half as big as incest. I just did a quick new count, and the numbers were close enough to consider them the same, given the smaller sample size.

The Incest stories all tend to be posted together as a block, like Non-consent, which I think can make them seem more significant.
