Sister/Much older brother/Incest

I have an idea for a story, but never having written an Incest story before thought i should put it on here first, just in case it's been done to death already.

Sister is in her 20's, two children never married, used and abused by the men in her life.

Brother is 18 years older and help bring her up, doing everything from feeding her and changing nappies as a baby to being there when her ill fated reltionship's broke up

She is now settled on her own with her children, but his 20 year relationship has broken down, and he is living at her house. He hit's the bottle, out drinking every night coming home paraletic drunk all the time. He crashes in the door and she end's up undressing him and putting him to bed. He never remember's anything the following morning, it's a total blank after the fifteenth pint of the night.

Slowly she start's touching him, then as time goe's on she has sex with him. He 'dream's' about what is happenening and start's to look at her in a different way all the time feeling guilty about his 'wet dreams' and how they are making him feel towards her.

What doe's he do???

your basic plot line IS very common. I am not sure how the age gap makes it novel, unless you focus on the quasi-parental aspect, and then how does it differ from a common " Dear Old Dad" plot? ( Don't get me wrong, I love DOD if it is funny and tender in turns.

Why is she having sex with him? If it is pity sex, not helping him much if he's asleep. A common but plausible variant is that one night he comes home drunk, clothes vomit stained. She strips him and showers him. She has to hold him up. His weapon grows. He is too drunk to realize it his his sister. But which iis the aggressor? How do they feel after? Can she resist his sex once she's tasted it once?
