Sister and friends take brother to boat house? - Help me!

So I was reading a new story a couple weeks ago and I havent been able to find it since. The first couple chapters are all about a guy who loses his virginity to his sister's friends during a weekend getaway at their boat house. The story goes on to include friends and family members into the story.

Can anyone tell me what it is called?
