Sophia - my current one is the result of myself, a belt, a pair of jeans and a digital camera. Generally I think about what Iwant (for example Talkie Toaster from Red Dwarf) and the google for an image. Then I use Paintshop Pro or just Paint to shrink it down to the right size.

Yep, much like the Earl (but different pose and it's me, lol), mine is a result of my digicam, with the timer on, and me crawling towards it.

I use Photoshop to re-size my images.
