Jack yawned loudly as he sat in the room of his college dorm and watched the t.v. Nothing good was on and it was starting to annoy the crap out of him.

His last room mate had moved out a few days ago, moving in with his girlfriend without much notice, which left Jack all by himself.
Jack didn't mind of course but it just ment he would have to deal with whoever came in next after him and hoped the person wouldn't be annoying or at least bathed and cleaned up after himself.

In anycase, being both bored and alone with all his clases done for the day Jack found that he had nothing else to do but to either sleep or watch t.v. He ended up following the second of the two and was sprawed out across the black leathered couch.

The college dorm room he lived in was big enouph for two people, with one kitchen, one bathroom, two bed rooms and a living room. The large leather couch and a tv was set up in the living room and also in their living room they had a window that overlooked entire campus, when the curtians wern't closed, from the 4th floor of the apartment.

A sudden knocking on his door woke him from his board state and Jack growned from feeling lazy and not wanting to get up. After another knock was heard Jack finally picked hismelf up off the couch and made his way over to the door.

"I'm coming...I'm coming... hold your horses" he said while giving himself a quick look over really fast to make sure he was presentible, or at least still had his pants on. Wearing a black t-shirt and a pair of loose baggy jeans, he saw that he was and opened the door.

Kiana had chosen colleges late, registered late, applied for housing late, and as such almost didn't even get an apartment on campus which would have been a pain in the derriere. For the first few weeks of the semester, she had been staying with Mirna, one of her friends from high school. Even though they were friends, Kiana was praying for her own place. So when she received that message, she could barely contain herself. Her things were packed quickly, and she was soon on her way to freedom.

According to the information given, she would be sharing a two bedroom apartment with another student - most likely another girl she thought. It didn't really bother her in the least, as long as she could get along well with whoever that was, she was good to go. She parked right infront of the complex and took the elevator to the fourth floor, after finding the correct number she knocked impatiently. Doing little to wipe the exicted grin from her lips.

Four long years will change how you look, at least a bit, and the same could be said for Kiana. She had stopped growing at 5 5", previously short black hair was now much longer, chest had filled out more, her body was slender as she did what she could to stay fit, and her green eyes... well those didn't change much, if anything they had lost the innocent, and care free glint they contained back in junior high.

Kiana had opted for a pair of black jeans, sandals and a button up white shirt, she was shifting her weight from one foot to the next as a voice, a male voice called back.

"I'm coming...I'm coming... hold your horses"

She definately would be surprised if her roommate ended up being a guy, but in any case, she was ready to apologize for being so overzealous. The door opened, and she stared at him.

"I'm sorry, didn't mean to... Jack?" She had an incredulous look on her face. There, by that door stood her long lost friend. They hadn't seen eachother since they both graduated from middle school, needless to say he had always been on her mind. They did have a pretty fierce bond back when they were younger, thus he wasn't to be easily forgotten at all. Plus there was that little promise they made to eachother, but anyways... she was still staring at him with raised eyebrows.

"Oh my god!!!! What the hell are you doing here?" she asked with a smile, before she knew it she had arms wrapping around him tighty in a hug, literally jumping on him.

As Jack opened the door he was struck dumb as he realized it was a girl that had infact knocked, and not just any girl but a drop dead gorgious one.
Jake had been expecting it to be one of his pestering neibors simply stopping by to ask for something again but with this turn of events Jack found himself speechless.

"I'm sorry, didn't mean to... Jack?"

He blinked and squinted his eyes as he looked more closely at the girl before him, something about her was familiar and her voice reminded him of...

"Huh? K..Kiana... is that really..you?"

Jack suddenly found himself being pounced and stumbling backwards as Kiana pretty much tackle hugged him, warping her arms tightly around him and causing him to turn slightly red as he felt her breast push against him.

Thanks to his much taller size compared to when he was smaller Jack now stood at a height of 6'3 and was able to balance himself out before falling and hitting the wooden floor. Recovering from the initial shock of seeing his long lost childhood friend and the soft feel of her breast, Jack smiled and hugged Kitana back.

"Oh my god!!!! What the hell are you doing here?"

"What the hell am I doing here? I live here. What the hell are you doing here? Last I saw you was in junior high. You look great!"

"Is it me? Of course it is me! Who else could it be silly.. don't tell me you have forgotten how I look like already" she replied with a pseudo-pout.

After that hug-attack, she slid down the front of his body and allowed her hands to follow; stepping back just to actually take a good look at her friend. Kiana was blushing a bit, that reaction to seeing him had been automatic - out of her control. Now that she thought about it, she probably shouldn't have.

Wow, he had changed... a lot. There was a time when she could stare him in the eye without having to tilt her head up, of course that was only because she hit her growth spurt before he did, but still...

"You live here?" She repeated after him "Hmm.. what a pleasant surprise" she grinned and stepped in. "..Say hello to your new roommate. Had they told me I would be living with you, I may have changed my mind"

Her gaze remained on his, and she had to catch herself as they weren't kids any more. Times had changed and so had they. "Who would've thought that we'd end up in the same college, and not only that, but that we'd be rooming together?. " Kiana chuckled and looked around the living room for a few moments.

"So.. Jack, how have you been?..Actually no, wait. Help me up with my stuff first, I have a lot to carry" She added with a grin.

"Is it me? Of course it is me! Who else could it be silly.. don't tell me you have forgotten how I look like already"

Jack chuckled nerviously at that but remained quiet.
He couldn't just admit to her that he actully had mistaken her for just another girl, but it wasn't entirely his fault either.
She had changed alot since elementry school and in that time the cute girl with pony tails he had remembered was now not only cute but also breathtaking.

"What is this feeling?"
Jack wondered to himself as his heart pounded from within his chest. It felt so strangly familer and yet...

"..Say hello to your new roommate. Had they told me I would be living with you, I may have changed my mind"

"eh?..."

A dumb look crossed Jacks face as he couldn't believe that his new roommate was in fact his long lost childhood friend. What kind of coincidence was that?

"Who would've thought that we'd end up in the same college, and not only that, but that we'd be rooming together?. "

"yeah..who would of thougth." Jack responded while his eyebrow twitched. Her coming to his college was indeed possible but the chance of her ending up in the same dorm and in the exact same room as him was a little too suspisious. Jack didn't mind of course that his childhood friend would be living with him in the same dorm but he was definitly going to have a little talk with his land lord about this.

"So.. Jack, how have you been?..Actually no, wait. Help me up with my stuff first, I have a lot to carry"

"Pfft still the same I see"
Jack said with a grin.

"We've just been reunited and already your bossing me around again. Do I look like a servert to you?"

Jack said while still moving and bending down to pick up some of her luggage.
Her bags were heavy but Jack was able to lift both suit cases without a problem.
In the years that they had been apart Jacks kept his body in top shape and had grown from the skiny boy that he was back then. While he wasn't muscle bound, like any kind of wrestler on sterioids, Jack still had a the body of an athlete thanks to his athletic swiming classes.

"Where do you want me to put these for now?" Jack asked while looking up to Kiana. Dispite how much he had changed his chocolate brown eyes still had the same gentleness within them years ago.

"If you want I can put them in where your rooms going to be."

"No, you don't look like a servant to me Jack, but old habits die hard.. you know that" She said softly, taking a look around her new home again. "Hm? Oh.. yes, I'd very much like to see my room, so I guess you could take them there.." She almost had a lost glare in her eye as she said that though, as if she had just realized a very important thing - and she had. Watching Jack carry her bags over like they weighed nothing, Kiana was biting the inside of her cheek; more out of habit than anything else.

His demeanor had changed so much she felt wobbly, like she needed some time off just to adjust to it. It's not that she had assumed things would quickly go back to how they were, hell...they never might, but she also hadn't been prepared enough for this. She wondered if they would have to get to know eachother all over again, chances were that they would have to. Guess she needs to calm down and not be so impulsive all the time. With a small sigh, she ran fingers through her hair and followed.

The room was a very good size, all of her things will fit and she will have plenty left over. The bed was a queen, but she would have to decorate it all to her liking. The windows also overlooked the rest of the campus, and she loved that; it gave her this on-top-of-the-world feeling. Questions were pushing at her mind, no matter how well she tried to ignore them.

What has happened to Jack in all this time? Did he ever think about me, at least once? Did he miss me? How many girlfriends has he had? Did he have sex with them? Is he single now? Maybe he is married... or he has a kid...

That last thought made her cringe mentally, not because she was jealous or anything, but only because..well..he is too young to have kids. "No wonder they make you go through hell before giving you one of these apartments" she mumbled to herself as she walked over to the bed and sat down, tucking a leg underneath her. "What happened to your old roommate? Did you bore him to death?"

"No wonder they make you go through hell before giving you one of these apartments" He heard her mumble to herself.

"heh yeah it took me about six weeks before I could get this dorm room I guess you can say I had to fight for it, but it's like that for all the rooms. I guess I just like being in high places."

Jack said while placing her suitcases down and off to the side while smiling. He remembered the little tree house Kiana and him and played in when they were smaller. He always enjoyed climbing into that thing and spending time with Kiana as they watched the neighborhood from their little secret base.

"What happened to your old roommate? Did you bore him to death?"
Jack made a face at that as Kiana teased him.

"Yeah right. I'm the funniest guy around. He just got some girl to hangout with and they got all mushy on each other. Before I knew it he moved out to go live with her. And now I find myself stuck here with you."
Jack gave a dramatic sigh at that as he pretended that the whole idea of her moving in was going to be troublesome.

"Anyway are you hungry? I can cook something up for you if you'd like."

"Yeah right. I'm the funniest guy to be around..."

"I see you are still suffering from delusions of grandeur.. but that's quite alright, I'll humour you for as long as I can"

Kiana slid off the bed and stood infront of the window, standing with her back to him as she opened the blinds even more. It wasn't the sight that she was thinking about though, no, not that. She was just trying to predict how living with Jack will be like. I mean they had been like siblings when they were younger, so how bad can it be? Actually, she was glad it was Jack and not a pot-head of a roomie, or a bitchy stuck-up one.

"I'm hungry yeah.. but I'll hold off on eating. I should probably unpack, some friends are taking me out to eat in celebrating my latest accomplishment" with that, she swept her arms around in a circular motion with her palms up. ".. this..this apartment" Turning over her shoulder to look at him she frowned a bit " If you don't have anything doing tonight, why don't you come with us? My friends are sweet, they will treat you like royalty because I tell them to"

She chuckled to herself and grabbed one of the identical suitcases. She would need to perhaps take a shower and change into something else for the night. Pulling it, she undid the zipper and opened it, revealing neatly folded tops on one side and folded lingerie on the other. Kiana slowly closed it, reaching out to grab the other suitcase...

"So..uhm.. will you be joining us?" Without meeting his gaze she asked under a flush to her cheeks.

"So..uhm.. will you be joining us?"

As she looked to him Jack would have his back turned to her and his head bent low as if he was straitening something dispite the fact the entire room was already straitened. His face had turned a shade of red after having watched her open her suit case and caught the sight of all her sexy lingerie. Their was black bras and red bras, panties of all colors, and he even thought he caught the glimpse of a thong, all nicely folded and set aside for Kiana to wear later.

His mind started to wonder then as he found himself trying to picture what Kiana would look like wearing such lingerie. After Jacks mind took the moment to register Kiana's question Jack quickly banished such lecherous thoughts from his mind and turned around to face her again.

"Umm sure..I don't have anything planed I guess so I can spare some of my free time and meet some of your friends."

Jack scratched the back of his head nervously as he looked into the same cute and bright eyes that he remembered seeing as a kid. Despite her change in appearance she really was the same childhood friend he remembered growing up with and it made him smile.

"God...how can I be having such perverted thoughts at a time like this" Jack asked mentally to to himself as he fell into those vibrant eyes of hers.
She was more like a younger sister to him and the idea of fantasizing over her grown body just felt awkward and made his chest hurt. Pushing those thoughts aside, Jack was just happy to be able to see his best friend again.

"So where will we be going to eat then?"

This one was more decent. It had actual..proper..clothes. Don't get me wrong, it is not like Kiana was as puritanical as they came, hell she had been the one to open that bag up anyways. But that wasn't the point, she had blushed mainly because... well... it is one thing allowing a male friend a sneak peek at your stuff, but it is a totally different thing when the guy in question is a male friend who you used to be best friends with, way... way...way before you even knew what lingerie meant - know what I mean?

A few hearbeats passed in silence, at the end of which Kiana looked up only to be staring at Jack's back, and if she were to be so bold to add.. nicely shaped derriere. She smiled... was he really that sweet? So sweet that he would turn around out of embarassment or out of consideration for her embarassment?

"Umm sure..I don't have anything planed I guess so I can spare some of my free time and meet some of your friends."

"Well aren't I the honoured one. Sir if you do not mind, I'd like to kiss your feet for allowing me an itzy bitzy portion of your oh so valued spare time"

Nothing like sarcasm to get her out of..uhm..sticky situations. Fact is, they were both going to have to get used to eachother, but most importantly, that they weren't in elementary school anymore. Things that back then sounded fun, now would just sound stupid... and the things that sounded so terribly disgusting back then, now..well now they didn't seem so bad did they?

"I'm fiending Italian, but I also wouldn't mind a nice juicy burger decorated with bacon and lettuce and two hot buns of potato bread" Pulling out a jean skirt, she laid it on the bed and dug through her clothes for something else to match it with. "It's my day so it's my choice...hmm.. I like this" she had just found a nice little sleeveless tan blouse with a lacy embroidery at the front. After holding the top to herself, she laid it down as well and rested her hands on her hips. Her full attention now on one man only...

"What about you? what does your heart desire?"

Her sarcastic tone of voice brought Jack out of his train of thought and he turned around completely to face her once again.

"Yeah you should be grateful. If you want to kiss my feet you should do so now." he said jokingly while smiling back at her before leaving the room to let her change.

"I'm fiending Italian, but I also wouldn't mind a nice juicy burger decorated with bacon and lettuce and two hot buns of potato bread"

Jack was now leaning against the wall on the other side of her room as he listened to her.

"It's my day so it's my choice...hmm.. I like this. What about you? what does your heart desire?"

"My only desire is for my long lost best friend to not act like such a women and hurry up with her cloths. It be shamed if the rest of the day was wasted away before I got the chance to meet her friends and spend time catching up with you."

His voice was light and full of jest, something typical you would see between two best friends.

"A burger sounds good though, and how many of these friends do you actully have? must not be much of a big group concidering it's you."

"No, there will just be five of us as the grand total. Plus there is someone else I want you to meet" She smiled at him and walked to the door, taking a hold of it as she pursed her lips. "...and since I'm bothering you with my decision making process, I will save you from the view, it's the least I can do." With that said, she slowly closed the door and got to changing. "I'll be out in five..well more like ten"

Kiana was quick, also because she received a text message from her friends letting her know they are already at the spot. Sean, her boyfriend will also be picking Jack and herself up in a few minutes. She finally slipped a hair clip in her hair and was good to go. "Jack, are you ready?" she asked whilst walking out of her room. He wasn't in the living room so she headed towards his room, the door was closed and out of instinct she almost opened it, but stopped herself in time.

"Jack? I'm rushing you now.." she chuckled "..hurry up, Sean is downstairs waiting for us"
