Simple idea... NEEDS LOTS O PEOPLE

Im a south jersey born and breas male... my idea is simple... i wana play a giant game of monopoly... but rent is paid in anyway the owner sees... plus the banker can assign properties without a cash payment... *wink wink*... i wan wondering if anyone out there has an idea for rules... and would like to set this up before the end of august?????? NY PA DE and of course jersey people ae welcome... as well as anyone else...

well... if enough people are interested in this... it could be fun... but there needs to be more people interested in the whole idea... im looking for like hopefully 20 people... might be to much... but if it works...
