He is a very cutthroat man with a mustache. He hates Iran, and wants to be powerful and secure in his position. He uses other countries as scapegoats so that people won't notice what a dink he is and try to revolt.

I had to burn all the money in Africa first, so I only managed to get around to some of the Middle Easts citizens. Burning money gets tiring y'know.
