Anyway, this is still such awesome & shocking news. Couldn't be more happy about it.

It would be hard to find a more intellectually vapid thread than this.
Lol, nah, I'm sure anything you've sent in your own personal phone would be way worse.
But, sure, make yourself feel better by attempting to insult a conversation that didn't require your input in the first place. You're doing a great job at contributing to the internet.

Did you read the article? One, just ONE seat switched. This in the most crime ridden city of its size in the mid-South.

Yes, the nation is awash with ignorant and stupid people and there could be a Democrat base left intact in various parts of the country. If after November the Democrats are left in power in Congress and who then continue to radicalize the country you're going to see Red states going their own way and a federal government with little or no real power to keep them in line. Democrats are destroying the unity of the country.

I think it's great. Now that the democrats have swept in the impeding opposition of the R's aside, they can really start to work on helping all the citizens of their county overcome crime and poverty.

We shall keep stats on their progress to verify how well or poorly they're doing at it.

We can see in their latest "Inflation Reduction Bill" the only crime they will be concerned about is tax evasion. They are going to double the size of the IRS with 87,000 new agents who won't be going after the rich. The IRS will now become bigger than any other government agency, even bigger than the Pentagon. Those stats you want to rely upon are already being doctored and misrepresented by the bureaus of the government in order to hide the truth and make it more difficult to expose wrongdoing.

I apologize that reading comprehension isn't a skill that you possess. I likely wouldn't have replied to you had I known how difficult it is for words to have accurate meaning to you.
Well, if a certain group has been in control for so long, one could surmise (well, maybe not you because thinking is hard) that the crime can be attributed to that group's lack of actionable efforts in leadership.
So, a change in power could very well lead to a positive change in crime data. But, we never had a chance of seeing this if the same one party continued to poorly "lead."

It's difficult to hide breadlines and population numbers, let alone shrinking budgets from lost tax revenues.

True, but government spending has already exceeded its taxing authority by trillions upon trillions of dollars hench the debt and unfunded liabilities that will eventually crush our economy.
