Signatures are limited to 500 characters now?

Thank goodness! I have the signatures turned off.......some were much too long to see all the time.

And if you've been here for any amount of time I daresay you'll have noticed that the majority of sig lines are far, far longer than 500 characters.
You're so nice, though.

It's the Playgrounders who I figured would be revolting when they discovered their sig lines were finally shortened. Involuntarily.

Being someone that posts in both places, I don't get what the big deal is with Sig lines, either... there have only been a few that were bothersome enough to give a second thought to... LOL

my first few months on Lit... everytime I would post on the GB, one particular poster would post after me and tell me to go back to the playground... I got a kick out of it...

I guess my outlook on the whole thing is... one isn't better than the other... one isn't worse than the other... they are just different from each other... and, the way I was brought up... is that it takes ALL sorts of people to make the world go 'round... even the ones you don't like... and the ones you don't understand. Different isn't bad... it is just... different.
