I've been laying in bed for almost 2 hours, and just can't sleep. Honey is snoozing happily, and I didn't want my tossing and turning to wake him....

who's up?

7am here

been up since monday literally the doc gave me sleepers on saturday, 30 of them, only supposed to need once to put you asleep, just candy to me not working I have them all gone now, I keep popping them incrementally every 8 hours figuring they will eventually kick, you would think since monday 30 would.

I have had a couple of 15 minute snoozes here and there, but nothing substansial.

Ok. If I'm not already in bed, I'm forcing myself to go to bed at 7. Otherwise, I'm never gonna be able to get up, tommorrow. Good thing it's a day off. I kew I shouldn't of had that caffeine at Midnight.

Your just over stimulated, turn off the computer/TV/radio/vibrator or anything else go sit on the sofa close your eye's and breath deeply for a few minutes, you'll be surprised at how tired you really are.

Close your eyes.
Picture a beach at sunset.
Hear the waves... and nothing else.
Look at them crash onto the sand.
Watch a silhouette arise out of the water.
It is a transparent 3-D silhouette of you, and it is filled with blue, untainted water.
Imagine all the things bothering you and all the stress and negative feelings inside you.
Touch your hands to the hands of the silhouette.
With the connection established, all the dark energies channel out of you and into the vessel, turning the water black and murky. You can see them flow forth like a polluted bloodstream.
When all the negatives are out of you and into the silhouette, it walks back into the water and eventually disappears. A serene calm and peace should now have overcome you. Lay down on the sand. Watch the stars.
Sleep.
