This is the second pic I've loaded for my profile that is published sideways. Why is that and how can it be corrected?

I have the same problem right now lol. I guess there must be a little problem with the pic on the computer.

Yes you do. I thought about rotating it ninety degrees and reuploading but I don't know what's causing this so it's as likely to end up sideways the other way. Nice pic BTW, even if it is sideways.

Miranda, I beieve I've figured it out. No thanks to support.
Both times I uploaded my images from my iPhone and they were either taken by me or sent to me by someone who took it on an iPhone. I tried something.
I duplicated it and was prompted to choose whether it was saved as a "Still Photo". I went and pressed on the last image and the previous one and both were "Live". I saved it as a still, cropped and uploaded and Bingo!
Check your source image. I am not sure whether you are on an Apple or Android device but saving it as a single .jpeg file seems to do the trick.
I'd love to hear how that works for you.
