How would you go about crafting a story with Siamese Twins in it? I see lots of possibilities.

First of all, you have to decide if it is two pairs of STs trying to get together, or just one pair and a regular person.

Then, you have to decide if the STs are female and the regular person is male, or the other way around, or have them all be the same. I'm assuming that the STs are the same sex, but I suppose that doesn't even have to be true.

Then you have to decide how many limbs the STs have. In my mind, I picture the "Dot and Bette" characters from American Horror Story: basically, two heads on one body, sharing a single pair of arms and pair of legs and one pussy. But there could be more than that, depending on the needs of the story.

And finally - you have to come up with a plot! Preferably, one that is naughty and saucy and bonerific! Okay, thinkologists: thinking caps on, lets get those ideas flowing!

The original "Siamese Twins", Chang and Eng Bunker, were men; each had a wife. They're lucky to have survived. "Most live births are female, with a ratio of 3:1. Most stillborns are male." And all are identical; see Wikipedia. We might wonder if Chang and Eng swapped.

I recall an old Ralph Reese underground comic about a man marrying one conjoined sister. The other was a stone bitch bent on driving him mad. Tragedy ensues.

Yes, various fun is possible with conjoined of any sex. Give them divergent personalities. Straight vs gay, calm vs high-strung, smart vs not-so-smart, opposing political / religious / artistic / sports / fetish preferences, etc. Does each constantly try to one-up the other? Do they play dominance games?

Of course we can bypass that bothersome 'plot' stuff and just explore the combinations, especially two sets of conjoined, Frank+Fred and Suzi+Salli. Missionary fucks have Frank on Suzi and Fred on Salli, but doggy-fucks and 69s are reversed. For fun, consider a 'club' of conjoined bisexuals gathering for orgies. Outsiders witnessing this go mad.

Exactly. I see TWO themes for this story. One is the mechanics of sex, which of course depends on the details of their physiology, which the author will have to sort out. The other is the psychology of their situation. I think the hottest possible story will touch on both.

That's what I suggested above. Conjoined are identical twins and thus the same sex. In a not-too-over-the-top tale, each has their own non-conjoined partner(s). Acquiring willing partners could be entertaining, hey? The conjoined can / should have divergent personalities and proclivities leading to drama or comedy or tragedy. Or, they are similar, and the psychologies of their fuckmates drive the story.

Issues:

* Acquiring fuckmates: How do conjoined arrange compliant hookups?
* Suppose one sister loves going airtight and the other thinks it's gross?
* One brother is gay, the other straight -- what are their fuckfests like?
* One twin has a steady partner, the other enjoys a constant turnover.
* Each twin has individual fetishes re: BBCs, BBWs, BDSM, hairiness, etc.

Hmmm, I wonder what the conjoineds' bathroom looks like -- do they have side-by-side toilets? And is one twin tired of doing all the driving?

For a twist, how about a Siamese fetish? A couple decides they never want to be separated -- they pay (dearly) to have themselves surgically joined.
