Shy, wondering what you think?

Hehe. My Christmas staple is National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. My dad took me to see it in the theater when I was 9 years old and I've seen it every Christmas since then

Aww... I'm sure I've seen it, but I don't remember it. The National Lampoon with Wally World is the only one I've seen a bunch. What about A Christmas Story? Love it, or hate it?

Oh I always liked A Christmas Story.

"The duck... it, it's staring at us!"

*CHOP!*

So you behead your Christmas duck before you put it in the oven? :p

Only time I had duck in my house was two summers ago when I rescued a baby duck after something attacked the nest in moms garden. There was no beheading, only tiny ducky cuddles.

I think we named her Lucky. I wonder if she is doing okay. Or he... I guess I shouldn't assume.

How are you today?

Never did the ol' sex check? My mom had some ducks back when I was in high school, maybe a bit older. Once she gave a newborn duckling to a family friend's 5 year old daughter. They brought the duckling back after a week. Apparently you can't potty train a duck

I had a great day, how are you doing?

I have no idea how to check the sex on a baby duck, and I don't really care to learn. :p I did learn that while you can't potty train a duck, you can diaper it.

I actually considered it so I could keep the duck. Did your mom raise the ducks?

I am happy to hear you had a great day! I had a great day as well!! It's not completely official, but technically I received accreditation for something I have been working towards for a long time today. I had to sign and mail some paper work. Once it is received and accounted for, I'm done! YAY!!

Did you diaper the duck?
My mom had chickens... kind of a hobby/way to get fresh eggs. One day she brought home ducks from the sale barn along with chickens. The ducklings roamed the yard with their mom.
Congratulations on your new creds! Well earned and well deserved I'm sure.

I did not actually diaper a duck. I just thought about it after learning about it online. Hubby's dad has chickens and ducks too. And dogs, cats, goats, and I forget what else.

Thank you!!
