Okay, as most of you know we have the RJMasters Master Fitness thread going on. We have more than a few new people that are participating.

Part of the plan is that if you fail to do your exercises on any given day your Dom/me of choice gets to punish you. Now we have a participant who hasn't selected a Dom/me to help her with her motivation yet and she has failed to meet the exercise requirement that she said she wanted to do for today.

She said that she was lacking motivation.

She has until midnite to complete her exercises but this little girl is really pushing the limits. She needs a firm hand to help her get into the right state of mind.


So, all of the Dom/mes that are willing to take some of their valuable personal time to see to Shy Slave speak up.

She can either pick someone who is willing to help her keep this commitment or we can hash it out and pick the best punishment for her for today. Either way, it's for her own good.

I actually got my days mixed up today.

I have worked out a 15 mins stretching programme, to remind my muscles what they are meant to do.
Its not much of a start but a start.

Well then make that your goal. Who says your goal has to be to excercise? My goal is 20 minutes a day, nothing big or interesting.

It is a motivational thing. As stated in her post she wants to do this and lacks motivation. She is being too shy to ask a Dom/me here to keep tabs on her for this. I'm not too shy to ask for her though.

Okay. She has promised that she will complete her task before she goes to bed.

But, she still is in dire need of that firm yet guiding hand ready to paint her lovely little ass red for the next time.
