I usually up the temperature as I'm in the shower. Same as Shini.

mmm, i like a nice warm shower and then run the water warmer till it gets nice and hot

ps-my favorite part of taking a shower "used" to be using the massaging shower head to get myself off, but that morning ritual doesn't happen anymore

The only thing i have to add is that I enjoy the summer cold shower more than I do the winter warm shower.
