Shower enema fetish

Is there anybody else on here with a fetish for shower hose enemas? I started doing this pretty early on and have been practicing it for years, experimenting with different water pressure and volume and temperature. For me it is both a fetish and a sort of endurance sport, because although it turns me on, I also set goals for myself to beat as I practice taking more water, a more extreme temperature, etc. I love pretty much every aspect of it but in particular I like watching my belly swell up with high volumes, and feeling the water pressure equalizing and shifting around inside me.

I know shower hose enema kits are available at most sex shops these days, so I am curious as to who else has given this a try! Is anybody else here sort of "serious" about it?

I have not heard of using different solutions before, and I'd be very interested if there are any in particular that can stimulate evacuation of the entire colon. That would make deep anal play much, much easier.

I have tried enema bags. Personally I prefer the shower hose, simply because the temperature and pressure can be adjusted so quickly. I enjoy starting it at a low pressure and gradually increasing, or sometimes doing quick high-pressure bursts that cause rapid-filling and a lot of gurgling.

Yes. I have a "shower enema festish" in that I have an enema fetish which I largely fulfill "in the shower" though I don't use a "shower shot" type of apparatus.

I'm seriously, like very SERIOUSLY , into enemas and have been, literally, for almost as long as I've been "sexually aware". I've been taking enemas as a stand alone pleasure, and as prep for other anal play and anal sex, for nearly five decades.

That said, I've never gotten into the "shower shot" type of enema apparatus largely because I prefer to mix and use a variety of "enema solutions", some rather exotic, rather than just using clear water enemas which can lead to some health issues with overuse. I use a variety of solutions which facilitate thorough or forceful evacuation followed by solutions designed for colon health and/or to prevent over-absorption of plain water through the walls of the colon. In my youth, I used to take frequent plain water enemas but as you get older, with body chemistry issues becoming more important, I'm more careful about perhaps introducing mineral and electrolyte imbalances though my enema play.

To facilitate this my collection of enema tools and "toys" includes large 1 gallon and 5 quart bags, numerous hoses, enema nozzles, retention nozzles and colon tubes, and the hardware to hang and use them in just about situation (at home and when traveling). When planning travel, I shop for my accommodations based upon bathrooms and showers that will be conducive to my fetish (shopping for fancy hotel bathrooms is almost a fetish unto itself....LOL).

That said, and with so many hotel resorts now having showers with multiple shower heads, some with hoses and diverter valves that would facilitate the easy hookup of 'shower shot' type enema gear, I'm tempted to get such an apparatus and attachments to reduce the size of the 'toy bag' when traveling.
