Under "Additional Options" there should be a button for managing attachments; you could add a pic that way.
You can't use the tags to insert the pic directly into a post unless the pic's hosted somewhere else, like Photobucket. There's a FAQ thread on the How-To forum that address pics and stuff. Good luck.
