Anything above 4 is good and top end love, 2.15 would be bad.

Keep the e-mail addy in case he/she get's silly, have you got any ISP tracing software on your PC like neotrace? if so check the origin location of the e-mail addy to see how close to you this creep is.
You're right not to get into an argument with said creep, put them on ignore.

Don't lose heart, try to get round to replying to nice feedback via lit if no other way. Don't upset your true friends and admirers because of this twerp.

Any repeat or weird stuff from said creep, report them.
