Should I, or should I not?

Hey guys!

I've got a new story running, under the title "Alex". It's a story about an expat teacher who falls for her younger, dyke student. I've been getting A LOT of requests to continue with it, but I'm not sure if I should. When I wrote it as a Vday Contest Sub, I hadn't planned on making it into a two-part story. So... if any of you have read it, I'd really like your in-put. And, perhaps, some advice to improve on it?

Thank you:)
Lillian.

P.S. Don't fuss about the length, please. It was what I needed to make the story 'real' and not merely 'erotica'. Thanks.

I didn't read it but one thing I would say is this -- write what you want to. If there is more to tell in this story, then do it. If you didn't intend to go on, then let it go. It's nice to have readers ask for more chapters, but if you don't 'feel' the next one, it will show. Listen to what you think is right.

I read it and think you'd be better not trying to go for another chapter. You squeeze the difficulty of a teacher - student relationship (same sex isn't relevant here) and leave on a minor chord. Surely there is nowhere to go that could enhance the tension?

...

I know what you mean. But... perhaps I can create the tension that sustains interest. I'm thinking about how I can, though :p Thanks for the advice! I totally agree with it.

L.
