Out of curiosity, is Obama going to repeal the 'Patriot' act ?

If not, then why not use it against the KKK and the NRA and NASCAR and every other right wing extremist organisation ?

That's what the act was passed for, and it would be irresponsible to wait for a smoking gun that may well be in the shape of a mushroom cloud.

That way when the USAPATRIOT Act is repealed, we have the full support of those who created it in the first place. It makes it far harder for a new version of the law to ever appear again when its potential creators are left with the memories of being tortured on their own rack.
