Based on prior feedback and comments I started included a warning up front so readers know what they are reading before they go any further.

Do you find those kinds of warnings helpful and do you include them in your work?

Yes and yes!

I've started adding an "Ingredients List," at the top of my stories, see the top of Who's Coming for Friendsgiving as an example.

I'm pretty happy with that format, it feels cute to me and gives readers a spoiler-light idea of what to expect, and in what proportions, so they can decide if they want to engage with that kinda content or not.

One anonymous reader once got mad that I used the words "cis-male" and "cis-female" in my ingredients (in a futanari story, which I think is hilarious) and as far as I'm concerned, that's an added bonus

My answer to your question is what do your scores tell you? Or the comments? If you write a warning at the beginning and the story is read (reader count is high), and still gets low scores, does that mean they might have liked the premise but not the presentation? You have to determine that.
The best indicator of how your story might be accepted is not here (unless you ask another author for feedback) it is in those scores and comments. A story that barely gets any comments has to leave you wondering as well.
