Could be either depending on the guy. I imagine most guys just like to enjoy the view, the ones who are into abuse come here.

Can't see it as a rite of spring everywhere though, warm weather countries and states this is a year round thing. But here in New England, I am awaiting the appearance of short skirts and sexy sandals.
