I stopped reading when I got to the part complaining about Paypal's fees to send money.

I use Paypal to pay for things I buy on ebay and I have NEVER paid a fee to send money. Ever.

I've never had a problem with Paypal at all and I've used it just about since it started.

I have no problem shopping online. I do like the sight to use a secure server for payment.
