As if to underscore how oblivious to commission of crimes by Republicans they are, the fake "news" web site Breitbart and the Fox tabloid are going all out to discredit those who provided information to real news organizations about ex-National Security Advisor Michael Flynn's lies.
Their goal is not to get the truth of the matter or even comment on the crime itself. Nope, they are more concerned with who leaked the information and how to handle damage control for the floundering Trump administration rather than reporting on what happened.
Even Flynn himself, the criminal in question, has attempted to claim those who leaked the news of his crimes are the criminals, not him, when he said in an interview, "You call them leaks," he said, according to The Daily Caller. "It's a criminal act. This is a crime. It's not just a wink and a nod."
Now mind you, when leaks were flying left and right during the Obama administration these fake news sites were more than happy to ask questions and dig for more leaks, yet when their own white supremacist editor is in the mix or when panic begins to set in that the Con Artist in Chief might be the next one up for investigation, suddenly it's a crime to report on the commission of a crime.
