In theory, I crave shoe or foot stories. Yet when I read them, most seem flat. Has anyone got ideas for an uplifting story, or know of any on the story side?

actually, most of them are just dull- they seem to be very brief, lacking in build up and the "payoff" scene jumps quickly to the conclusion. That might be the same thing you are saying, though. Although a focussed story well written with lots of dialogue and psycho drama , where you can almost smell the leather and taste the sweat, would no doubt appeal.....

I'm sure that I'm doing a disservice to many good writers in that generalization, but that's why I'd take links if no one wants to pick up the torch and run with a fresh take.

I don't understand the whole foot thing, I mean think about where the feet go all day and the smell of sweaty feet as they come out of the shoe. Ok I know just me and I probably have sir drooling by now.

Just out of curiousty, your saying that none of the foot stories you have found in literotica have anything like say this? (Keep going this is there)

I was drooling as the foot draws near, encased in a polished leather dress shoe, his large feet smelling of the polish, a faint odor of his sweat coming through. The only time feet were ever involved in a sexual encounter of mine was when I playfully stuck my big toe into my then girlfriend now wife's pussy. As a person with a Foot Fetish, I know exactly what you mean Sir H. There is something lacking. As an aurthor though I have not really done any foot stories. There are elements in just about every story I write, but not a true Foot Fetish Story. Perhaps I need a kick in the rear to get motivated for a story like this.

I am just curious though what you feel is lacking? I need to find out the answer to this question myself. I'll have to read a few stories and then get back on here and post what I think is lacking myself.

hyul and emap, I don't believe thats what sirhugs was talking about (at least it wasn't what I was talking about). You both wrote adequate paragraphs about the "main event," however, the problem with many fetish stories is they focus on just that - and don't go more in depth. Theres little lead up to the climax, and little character analysis.

So, how about this...

A woman walks into a shoe store, be it at the mall or a separate store. (Not a shoe department like at Kohl's or JC Penny's.) It's close to closing time, but the sales clerk does not mind since he/she is attracted to the customer. (Clerk could be either gender, a "geeky college kid", a more experienced adult, etc.)

So, the clerk waits on the woman, tells her to sit down and he/she will take care of everything! Clerk closes/locks the door(s) a bit early. (Maybe it was 5 minutes 'til close, minute 'til, whatever.)

The story would go on to describe "awesome customer service"... The clerk slowly slips off the customer's shoe...brings several styles to her...does all the "work" involved in taking the shoes on and off.

Maybe he/she makes a comment about how beautiful the customer's feet are and jokingly says something like a 'foot massage is a free service of the store' (and maybe winks playfully). When the customer says "okay" the clerk is surprised, and aroused...thinking the customer is obviously flirting.

So, some massaging begins. Anyone who has ever had a foot massage knows how erotic it feels! There are pressure points in the foot that when touched you can feel the sensation in other body parts... Obviously ya'll must know where this is leading.

Of course, depending on if the story sticks to the fetish more so than "regular" sex, the feet could remain the main focus. Foot jobs, "toe fucking a pussy" if the clerk is female too, sucking on the toes, whatever...

I think most fetish stories are missing the actual fetishization of the subject. I tried for a while to write a story on my glasses fetish, and realized after a while that while it contained lots of decent sex and bookworms and libraries, what it really needed was all those obsessive thoughts about glasses: what's great about tortoise-shell rims, or cat-eyes, or those oversized eighties glasses, or thin wireframes; all the different ways that a woman can adjust her glasses; the way they make big, dark eyes look extra-glassy, or interfere with long bangs in really intriguing ways. Same story, I think, with feet: any guy who works in a shoe store (as in Hallowed Eve's lovely scenario) should have a helluva lot to say about women's feet and shoes. He should be very strongly opinionated about what's sexy about feet, from vein patterns to toe-nail colour; about what shoes are sexiest; about the way women dangle their feet and cross their legs; about the attitudes of women when they're shoe-shopping. Fetishes are obsessive, and it's important to let that come through in fetish writing, I think. But I haven't completed my fetish story yet, so maybe I'm just talking out my ass.

I guess if I could suggest anything, maybe it would be story idea along the lines of discovery.
