yo this is the casting call for my combanation of breath of fire 2 and shining force 2!I'll call it......shining blaze x!hmm....thats a good name.sing up here,once i get enough people i'll start!

turtle? uh.... that must be AFTER the glitch. if it is, how did you get past the part with the huge giant that keep threatening you when you enter his temple?

Honestly Khadgar, I will have to go back and check it out again. I beat it a ton of times, but I have not played it in a year or so. I remember that you find the turtle in a back room in one of the towns, he is very weak in the begginning , but later, kicks some serious ass if you get him the right thing to evolve him lol

I will have to play it again over the weekend and see what it is that allows you to go fight him in the temple. I am wracking my brain and I cant remember, I am usually good at remembering things like this. Sorry my friend , I just cant remember.

lol i know i can beat him. my personal char can kill almost any char in one hit. and biggies aren't much of a prob. i just can't get past him.... killed the kracken and looked all over the map....

d00ds! The turtle monster! He was fuckin awesome. Once he evolved he was huge. Sometimes he'd breath fire and sometimes he'd turn into a ball and roll into them. They should make more games like that, when you get a certain level you can change the character into something else.

Dark Wizard was like that, for Sega CD. Dragons would start as little pups, then change into dragonettes, then into dragons, then into wyrms. Humans would start off like peasants, but then when they got a few levels you could change them into fighters, or archers, or wizards. Eventually you could get ninja, great serpents, massive hydras. What an awesome game that was. Depending on which main character you picked, you'd get different types of creatures. Amon was a vampire, his dragons turned into death wyrms. There was another old game kinda like this too, called Master of Monsters.

lol yeah.... turtle man was funny.... but you used ALL yoour chars, so i donno what you mean about useing him....


i myself used me as my main fighter. if you die, you lose, so make you the strongest char. made scence to me. and i kicked ass at that game with that strategy

Very true, but I always changed supporting characters a lot depending on the battle so that at the end, I had a lot of hard choices to make in the final battles. All the characters were pretty much at a high level at that point. Was SF II the one with Domingo, that dude that you hatched out of an egg. He kicked ass later in the game as he got strong. I also like when you could make your magic users into summoners so they summoned gods to help fight for you.

hmmm i can't remember which domingo was from.

but i liked useing really high level elelmntal spells, do damage over great area, and then my archers and spearmen and stuff would work the edges while my behmonth chearechter, (me) walked through them slaying all lol it was a great strat

ah haaaaaa!an basic suicide techneich!personally i allways had bowie(the main character)in the back every bodie went after him so he was the strongest.



oh and about domingo,he was in shf one...i could not stand him!but i liked bleuw the dragon he was weak but i alwaysed put him in fronte anh after a littel bit he could kick ass!

yeah, put your personal char in the front of EVERY battle, and he becomes unkillable
