A sexual fetish is an example of the bolded part of the description. And it seems to me that a lot of guys do expect magical powers-- they seem to think that these guys are going to be magically women on account of their silicone breasts, and that the testosterone that animates their (functioning) penises doesn't matter.

I rarely see any evidence that shemale fetishists see these creatures as real people. That whole thread is a collection of pictures-- like baseball cards with boobs.​

Depends-- are women talking about their preferences in their female partners? Because then it's about, and for, bisexual and gay women.


See the main problem we have had with this forum is that there are thousands of men who want to suck a dick or want to put on lacey undies, but emphatically deny that they are gay or bi. Which is really okay! Just that these guys don't need to usurp the single space on lit that is for and about GLBT folk. And what the users here have found-- is that straight guys do usurp the space.

So we asked Laurel, the site owner, to create a space for queer straight dudes. Personally, I wanted it to be off of this forum, and be especially for crossdressers and shemale fetishist. Laurel, however, didn't quite understand the problem, and instead she created the "fetish and sexuality" forum. The mods transfer threads as they are brought to their attention, but of course that forum is overrun by what we might call heteronormativity, and the quasi-bi guys get kind of drowned.

I'm sorry about that. It doesn't seem particularly fair to me. But neither is it fair to have straight guys taking up the entire first page here, either. This forum might not move so fast, but that's not really what makes a forum successful.

For the record, I just asked for a 'fetish' forum - I didn't specify anything about queer straight dudes when I asked Laurel about having a separate forum for non-GLBT fetish topics. I don't know what anyone else, including Stella, asked for. I did specify the types of threads that could go there, though, and the 'queer straight' threads were among them, along with the more 'familiar' fetish fare like foot fetishes. Laurel was hesitant about stigmatizing fetishists, so she created the 'fetish and sexuality' forum. I kind of see it as a good thing to have a 'sexuality' forum, because otherwise general sexuality gets put in with the GB, and that's not necessarily right either. But I wouldn't necessarily say that fetish should have been put in with sexuality. Nonetheless, that's how it is, so yeah - I move non-GLBT threads there when they appear.

Well, I'm not going around looking for shemales, but I wouldn't find them unattractive either. I think androgyny or mix & match gender is kinda sexy, whatever form it takes. My opinion on this matter has only gotten stronger in recent months.

There are a few individuals whom I am very attracted to-- because of who they are. And for those people their genitals -- and how they feel about said genitals, and how they want them to be regarded-- are part of who they are.

What bothers me the most, is too much flowery perfume.
