rereading Vonnegut makes strange images leap into my addled brain.
This one is of a beautiful woman falling from the sky. After the protagonist recovers from her landing on him, he discovers she is insatiably horny.

Is she human ? Is she alien? What happens to them?

I'd like to see a story like that. A naughty tale full of hot sex while the protagonist tries to find her identity with tiny seemingly unrelated clues that keep popping up.

well that would be quite some impact...but considering the number of overweight people.....you figure there is a pretty good chance that she uses one of them as a safety drop bag mushes them into the sidewalk than gets up and walks off looking to explore her sexual nature.
