** This is hopefully a multi-player RP that evolves as life does. If you want to play just write yourself in. ***
Sara has always been a bit out there. She is what many call a dtiz. She has long blonde hair and usually lost in her thoughts. Luna Lovegood was her nickname in high school, from Harry Potter. Like Luna, Sara turns out to have more on the ball than most.
She applied to one college and was accepted. A small liberal arts college in the mountains of Idaho, nobody ever heard of. That was the point. Old stone building nestled in a high valley. Summer was beautiful when she visited. Grass and flowers everywhere. When she arrived in late August the winds were already starting to chill her southern California skin. She loved it though and unpacked and fell in love with remoteness and cloistered studious culture.
Sara as tall and willowy with surprisingly pale skin for being from Santa Clara. She read a lot and rarely went out without her parasol and plenty of sun screen. Her eyes were crystal blue like the water she had seen in the nearby river they had walked by in her summer visit. Her hair was like golden thread and hung straight to her lower back.
Her father left giving her a hug and kiss. Things had always been awkward between them and her mother could not even go to drop her off. Their relationship was estranged as well. Sara not a mean or bad person, just lost in her thoughts you might say.
Her roommate was not arriving until the next day so she decided to try and find that river she had visited earlier in the summer. She pulled on jeans and a long sleeve yellow tee shirt. She could have been a model with her nonplussed attitude and lazy way. She pulled on her converse high tops and decided to leave her parasol and sunscreen behind. It was forested and she was feeling free of the sheltered home her mother made for her growing up.
She took the book she had bought for the ride up. "The Fifth Season" was a fantasy book she was enjoying. She grabbed her room key and headed out.
Down the three flights of stairs and out into the small courtyard she went passing under the stone archway and up a path leading into the woods. She was fairly confident this was the way and if not, it was a lovely day for a walk.
