Depending on your definition, I have had a few erotic massages. Let me first say I am middle aged and have always been extremely shy about my body. I find massage to be extremely sensual even if it is only a theraputic massage. That being said, I usually get an erection. I want to expand on my previous response. Due to being embarrassed and because of a few bad experiences I have found a way to prevent some of that from happening. When I call to make an appointment with a new therapist I discuss my tendency to get an erection with them. If they seem offended I politely thank them for their time and move on to another therapist. This has saved me that embarrassment but has also led to finding therapists who are not only ok with it but, either allow me to deal with it or even "help" me deal with it.
