Hello all,
I'm new and I just love the site! I'm a big fan of shape poetry and was wondering if any of the
wonderfully talented artists/poets have posted any on the site?

Hi and welcome :)
Yes there is quite a bit but it's the finding them that's the problem. We need Champagne in here she's good at finding stuff!

Hi there. I hope you stick around and submit a few of your own shape poems. As far as knowing of any posted I do know of 2 poets who regularly played with white space as much as they played with words. Our dear friend Rybka often worked with colour and shape, much like e.e. Cummings often did. I know that jthserra has a ballerina shaped poem on his index page so if you care to look these poets up I'm quite sure you'll find more.

There was a challenge here at one time, long ago, before Rybka passed on, so I'm nearly certain that a forum search may score you at least one thread... Lemme look.

e.t.a. Bad Choice of Words some shaped poems are discussed here.

re e.t.a I don't think there was a challenge thread per se for shaped poems. But I know there are a few out there, you may even find some in illustrated poetry. Good luck in your search!
