Shaking

I just had alot of fun masterbating and it got me shaking which I normally do, but this time Im still feeling the shake in my legs badly and its been almost a hour...I need a quick fix to make it stop, LOL.
 
Grins..I do. But going to really build up to it before turning it on again.
 
Take some deep breaths, tense up the muscles, hold it for about 10 seconds, then relax them completely. Repeat this several times and find a position that allows your leg muscles to relax fully.

The shaking could also be a function of low blood sugar and/or dehydration. Have a good snack (i.e. a piece of fruit and some protein) and drink plenty of water.

Just wondering if the shaking ever stopped? If so, what worked? All I can say is that must have been one incredible orgasm!!! What's your secret :devil:
 
What usually helps me when this happens is to get some water into my system. For some reason that helps stop the shaking.
