Figured I'd just start a new one rather than bump the old one (it's linked in my sig for anyone curious).

The main idea I have at the moment is based on Exalted, but set in the present day.

For anyone who doesn't want to read through the wikipedia article, here's a short description of the general tone of Exalted.

The Exalted are kind-of like demigods. Humans who have been empowered by the Celestial Incarnae (the greatest of the gods) to protect Creation. A newly Exalted person, for instance, could beat the snot out of Hercules and could give more than a few gods a run for their money (seriously, the core book for the game has a comic right at the start that shows the signature characters beating the crap out of a river god with little trouble).

Exalted is intended to be over-the-top. If you ever find a series of videos on YouTube called Dead Fantasy, that's pretty much high-level combat in Exalted. The Exalted were made to do the impossible - kill the Primordials who made Creation and the gods - horrifically-maiming the laws of physics is merely a by-product.

Anyway, the idea for a modern-day Exalted is that all of the supernatural stuff is unknown to the general public. The Exalted still exist, but remain hidden so as to avoid the Immaculate Order's Wyld Hunts. The Order also hides from the public, but will still move against any Exalts they learn of.

The idea is that my character and yours are both trailing a serial killer, though they don't know about each other. My character's a Lunar Exalted (empowered by Luna, the goddess of the moon and granted the power to change form into a variety of animals) while yours is still a mortal (whether she Exalts or not is up to you).

Your character comes across the serial killer first and soon finds that he's more than human. He's an Abyssal Exalt and she is almost killed when my character steps in. Unfortunately, your character's seen too much of the Exalted so the Lunar offers her a choice, go home and forget this ever happened or to meet him in a bar in a few days time.

We'll work it out from there. Only other thing I was thinking of for your character was that she be a private detective or somesuch. I've got a lot more in mind for the Abyssal and the Immaculate Order but I won't post them here for risk of spoilers.

I'm tempted to make my character for this a woman, just to try and get some practice at writing lesbian scenes. That being said, there's an ability that Lunars can learn called Twin-Faced Hero. Rather than explain it, I'll link this filler page of a webcomic that shows it in action. With that ability, it doesn't really matter which gender my character is normally.

Hell & Heaven - Despite the title being a shout-out to GaoGaiGar, this is a D&D-themed one with a half-dragon as the male lead. A half-dragon swordsman is running from an unknown group of assailants when he is saved by a pair of powerful spellcasters; a cleric and a sorceress. The title comes from the cleric being an aasimar (a human with traces of celestial blood, such as having a celestial for a grandfather) and the sorceress being a tiefling (a fiendish version of an aasimar).

If it's not clear from the premise, this is intended to lead into a threesome. Also, keep in mind that the cleric need not have the same options on sex as most real-life religions - hell; at least one DnD setting has a goddess of beauty, love and passion and it would not surprise me in the least if they had temple prostitutes. Bit of an extreme example, but you get my point.
