I've had many thoughts on this thread since it came up, but didn't really know how to respond. I'll take a stab at it now.

First thought: Wow, that woman makes me feel absolutely svelte!

Second thought: I don't really want to take part in making fun of anybody's body.

Third thought: She posed for the picture and knows how she looks and, most likely, what people will say about her.


As a bigger woman I am very sensitive to fat jokes of any kind. Truth be known, I am sensitive to any sort of joke that could hurt somebody where they live. Just not my thing.
