Should be ok. Those things are pretty clean. Just make sure that wherever you decide to roll around is not too dirty.

My understanding is that any oil-based substance actually INSIDE the vagina is very hazardous, even if it is "clean." You're not at risk of infection from the oil itself, but from the fact that the oil interferes with the vagina's ability to clean itself. Check out your local adult store if there's one near by, they will have a large selection of safe type oils to use. My wife and I have used baby oil twice in the past and both times she got yeast infections.
