Dead easy.. Type your words the same way you have been, then scroll down to the "Additional Options" section just below "Submit Reply/Preview Post"....

Click on the "Manage Attatchments" button

This opens a smaller window to allow you to upload your pics...

Click the "Browse" button and find the pic you want to upload on your hard drive using normal windows searching methods... NB: make sure it measures no more than 640x480 pixels....

Once the file has been found, click on the "Upload" button on this screen....

When the file has finished uploading, you will see it listed on the smaller screen, at this point, click on "Close This Window"

Finally, click on "Submit Reply" on the main window and Bobs yer Uncle !

Keep trying mate, it normally takes a little while to sort out.... one thing though, like I said in my earlier post, make sure your pic doesnt go over 640x480, otherwise Lit wont accept it...
