I guess my CD/TS fantasies stem from having a male friend back in high school who was at the time gay, but really wasn't sure if he was gay or bisexual. When I go out dressed, I work hard to blend in. If I stand out too much, I may read as a CD and not as a regular woman. So when I do go out, I try to dress appropriate for that setting. If I'm going out to go shopping at the mall for instance, I try to wear a casual looking dress or jeans. I do love high heels, so I usually wear heels with an outfit.
