*looks up from his corner where he's been slowly sliding a cold, steel, knife blade back and forth across a whet stone, back and forth... back and forth, putting a razor sharp edge on it...*

Ahhh yup. *spits on the whet stone and goes back to sharpening the blade...*

Someone has got to teach these youngsters you don't flag orange unless you MEAN IT! Anything goes my ass. Where's my chain-saw? I have a power tool fetish and I means to indulge it! :D

Please excuse me, but what does this "flag orange" mean? I can't find an explanation to that phrase anywhere.

It's party of the hanky code. http://public.diversity.org.uk/deviant/sscodes.htm

Orange for a pyl is truly anything goes. Good reading.

(Note I only had an assumed meaning earlier, which was spot on. But this is seriously worth the reading along with other parts of the site.)

What Auraka said...

It's part of the hanky code which developed in the gay leather community. Hankies of different colors mean different things, flagging was wearing the hanky in your pocket so others would know what your interests were. Left pocket meant you were a Top (or "giver"), flagging right meant you were a bottom (or "reciever").

Orange means "No Limits". Literally.

Hope that helps.

Thank you Auraka6669 & Evil_Geoff. <adds the website to her favorites list for future reference>

Nola? While I may be new myself to this scene (I've only been exposed to its existance for about 6 years), I agree w/people saying being "open to everything" isn't exactly something "good" or "safe" for someone to say like that. PLEASE be careful.
