I'm afraid that as my husband and I just don't have the time to commit to it any more, Sexyreads has had to close.

You know how it gets sometimes, everything comes along at once and I'm suddenly inundated with deadlines. I'm sorry to disappoint our memebers, I had big plans for the place but I thank you all for your time and as a little consolation the sexyreads blog is still going.

These things happen, I over-estimated how much free time I'd have and Mit has suddenly had an influx of stuff to do. I just feel bad for those who used the place.

Like Neon and others, I'm sorry RL issues compelled you to shut it down. But it's better to do that, IMHO, than for you and Mit to get all stressed out while struggling to keep the site from becoming less than you two envisioned.

We tried to juggle book reviewing in with it all too, plus we had an awful time with some hacked off hackers -I wish your forum every success

If I'd had time on my hands it would have been great, as it turns out this being an author gig has quite taken off and I have to write, write, write and when I'm not doing that I've got to prommo, promo, promo and that leaves very little time for much else.

Make things as easy as you can for yourself, is my very top tip
