This is just one guy's opinion, and I'm sure what I'm going to say is going to spark controversy, but personally, I don't find it a turn-on. It walks a line teetering on rape to me.

Unless the person being acted upon is drugged or otherwise compromised to the point of being unable to give consent, I've never understood the "I fucked her while she was asleep" bit. I can't imagine anyone sleeping so soundly that being stimulated sexually wouldn't waken them. And once again, the drugged/drunk bit sounds too Bill Cosby for my taste.
