I mean, does "other" properly express "Mostly heterosexual, not at all bi-curious because I already went there and traveled back, and monogamous enough to preclude any further experimentation without including my partner"?

Personally, I like the terms "androcentric" (sexually oriented to males), "gynocentric" (sexually oriented to females) and "omnicentric" (sexually oriented to whomever looks cute and will give you a phone number). with "mostly", "Exclusively", "Occasionally" and "never" as modifiers.
