Ok... first of this is not a personal question regarding myself or anyone I know, I'm just curious seem as though I never have

Who do you go and see when regarding something around sex. I'm from the UK so answers may differ from US ones depending on how the docters and stuff are catagorised there. I mean just your GP or what? Is there a special place for this kinda thing?

Like I said I've never needed to just wondering

Most males (and based on your user name I'm assuming you are one of those!) would start with their GP. If necessary, a GP might refer you to a urologist or some other specialist depending on what the "problem" is.

Medical Advice

My suggestions--

If you think you have a venereal disease, see your doctor pronto.

If you are having problems with erections, getting excited, premature ejactulations, I'd go to a good book store and read up--if you read stuff that's a little better than popular literature, you will learn a lot more than you will from a GP, typically. --It that doesn't help, I'd make an appointment with a sex therapist >and< a psychiatrist (You may be depressed and not know it).

If you are having problems with your marriage/relationship, you need to find the marriage or other counselor in town who has the longest waiting list for new patients!--There are crummy ones around, but also good ones.

For me, it depends. My periods have become somewhat irregular, so I'm working with my GP on getting on birth control pills to fix that.

If I were to feel it were something far more serious - a lump or uncontrolled spotting - I'd see my gyno.

Just depends on how anxious I am about the situation. Minor = GP, major = gyno.
