This is a hard question, since superhero comics still have trouble with sophisticated sexuality. Attempts to make a character sexier often just make her more irritating. (Exhibit A: Starfire.) I think the male heroes tend to get the better end of this than the female heroes--Batman in particular can be viewed as legitimately sexy, though he's not sexualized that frequently.
