Yea, sure, all that matters a lot. I, for one, don't really find a woman super hot until I've connected with her somewhat.
And even when I judge the looks of a girl on the street, I never actually look for ass or tits or the mound - for one thing, those things are hidden, impossible to judge. I look for style and clothes and body language and all that stuff.

But when I was creating this thread, I was thinking more on the lines of "What part is the most sexy when you've already connected with a girl and are now having sex with her. What part turns you on most in bed?"
