This came about because my friend, who was vacationing in CA for 3 weeks, claims to have had sex with someone very famous. I suppose it's entirely possible, I mean, the "famous" are people too, but knowing her, I doubt it coming from HER mouth. Yeah, she's a friend, but all that probably happened was she met this guy and had a cup of coffee with him.

So, being ever nosy, has anyone here ever had sex with someone considered famous-as in 90% of us would know their name? You don't have to say whom if you don't want to, I'm just curious. I'm sure it must have happened to someone.

As for myself: yes, I have, but it was long, long before they were famous. So I don't think that counts.

I know people who've slept with celebrities -- mostly the celebrities' wives.

I slept with someone not famous, but she was the mistress of someone famous.

She met me at a comedy club in Florida I was working, dug my show, chatted with me in the parking lot, and took me to her friend's condo, where she confessed that I was only her second man. Her first was much older, and not all that, shall we say, "athletic" in bed.

She seemed naive, but in that "what does it matter because my family is wealthy" way. Oh, she was used to money. It took her two solid hours of make-up and hair work to go out for lunch. I went to see her in Boston once, and wanted to walk with her down the street to grab a pizza. She insisted we not walk, and hailed a cab to ride the two blocks. But she was cute and perky and only 21 and I enjoyed our affair.

After that first night of sex she kept alluding to her lover, and how he was well known, and how she'd see him in Vegas and how he had a bodyguard for her there called "Bear" who would definitely not like her sleeping with another man. I finally dragged the celebs name out of her -- Wayne Newton. So this girl had had two men, Wayne Newton and Me. And, after a couple of months of seeing her here and there around the country, she told me how she was falling in love with me, though she hinted that she just couldn't leave Wayne because he was setting up her acting career. I was relieved, actually, because I was in no way ready to be "loved" by anyone, particularly by a girl whose idea of paying acting dues is to look pretty in a casino lounge guest booth.

Anyway, we eventually lost touch and Wayne eventually married someone else and I always wondered what happened to her, because I did like her.

And to this day I still expect some huge man named "Bear" to come knocking on my door with a "Mr. Newton would like to speak to you. Now."

Hmm....don't really want to give to much away here. He was the lead singer of an alterna-rock band that originated in Chicago. They've since broken up. When I met him, he was just starting out playing little night club venues, and I met him through another friend.

Hate to say, it wasn't all that spectacular.
