I get worried when the first line of an authors story quotes a line from one of his other stories but isn't marked chapter 2...​

By all means read ALL my stories. Heart-Shaped Headfuck is a stand-alone sequel in a serialised series of other stand-alone stories. It can be read alone or as a follow-up to Yuletide Mindfuck, a stand-alone which turned into a series. Or is that a serial? Not sure. Make your own mind up.
