Check out the Soloflesh. I got mine less than a year before I met my girlfriend, with whom I'm hitting 18 months soon, so I didn't get a whole ton of use out of it. For the price and ease of use Tenga Eggs are a blast. They say they're disposable and one use but if you're some some meat handed clod and somewhat careful- you can use them over and over again.

Any from the Tenga line is great. I have tried the Cup version (It was actually the first toy I tried) and it had incredible sensations. Tenga Eggs are great for one time use. But the fleshlight was the best for me. There are different inserts that you can choose from to give different sensations. But the one I had was the STU (Stamina Training Unit).
