This would be a classroom based story about a student assigned to do research on what images stimulate sexual excitement. The class part is at the beginning, where the prof lectures, getting the student hot.
Measuring the male arousal is easy, but how do they measure females? That could be the discussion in the second class session.
Is the focal character male or female? Or a pair, randomly assigned, who end up ripping each other's clothes off and copulating in the lab?
